Food Vendor Application

Our festival committee is dedicated to planning activities in various venues to draw from crowds of every age. The Plum Coulee Plum Fest. Committee prides itself in arranging concerts, a huge parade, line dancing, duck race, waffle breakfast, stage shows, vendors market, and children's activities. We also petting zoo and inflatables for the young at heart.

Almost all the activities will be based in and around the main stage located in the center of town. This means vendors will be in one location for the entire weekend. Specific location of vendors will be assigned only by a committee member of the Plum Coulee Plum Fest. There is a section on the application form for electrical outlets, these are only available for evening and overnight use. All Vendors must provide there own power supply.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee that your concession will be the only one of its kind at our festival, however we make every attempt to limit the number of vendors offering the same type of offerings.

Security will be on the premises all night patrolling the festival area. Plum Fest will not engage with any intruders or vandals but will alert the Altona Police immediately.

Hours of operation:

FRIDAY - 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
SATURDAY - 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
SUNDAY - 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

These times may vary depending on entertainment and can be discussed.

We do not charge to have our vendors at our festival all profits of the vendor are theirs.
